Contact us

Email [email protected] with a short description of what happened, your Viewy username, and a screenshot if you have one. You can also send feedback from inside the app: Profile, then Settings, then Send feedback.

Reporting content or people

To report a review, tap the flag icon under it. To report a comment, tap Report next to it. To report or block a person, open their profile and tap the ••• menu. Blocking hides you from each other and removes any follow between you. Our team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes content that breaks the Terms of Service.

Deleting your account

Open Profile, then Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything tied to it, including ratings, rankings, reviews, comments, and follows. If you can't get into the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Signing in

Viewy supports Sign in with Apple and email with a password. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.

Notifications

Choose which notifications you get in Profile, then Settings, then Notifications. You can also turn them off completely in the iPhone Settings app under Viewy.

Where the movie data comes from

Movie and TV details and artwork come from The Movie Database (TMDB), and streaming availability comes from JustWatch. If a title's details look wrong, the fix usually happens at the source on themoviedb.org. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
